These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Map & Compass Travel website and provide general terms applicable to travel planning and booking services offered through Map & Compass Travel. By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Travel planning and booking services are also subject to the Client Services Agreement, applicable supplier terms and conditions, and trip-specific terms provided during the planning and booking process.
Map & Compass Travel assists clients with researching, planning, and arranging travel. Services may include cruises, hotels and resorts, vacation packages, tours, transportation, excursions and activities, theme parks and attractions, travel protection, and other travel-related products and services.
Recommendations and travel options are based on information available at the time they are provided and on the preferences, requirements, and information supplied by the traveler.
Travel prices, promotions, availability, amenities, itineraries, and other travel components are subject to change until confirmed by the applicable supplier.
Quotes and proposals do not guarantee availability or pricing. A reservation is not considered confirmed until the applicable booking requirements have been completed and confirmation has been issued.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing booking confirmations and promptly notifying Map & Compass Travel of any errors or discrepancies.
Deposits, payment schedules, final-payment deadlines, accepted forms of payment, and other payment requirements are established by the applicable travel supplier and may vary by reservation.
Travelers are responsible for making required payments by the deadlines communicated for their reservation. Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation or other consequences imposed by the supplier.
Credit-card information should never be sent to Map & Compass Travel through ordinary email, text message, or other unsecured communication methods. When payment information or authorization is required, travelers will be directed to the secure process designated by Atlas Coast Travel Group or the applicable travel supplier.
Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms, conditions, deadlines, penalties, and fees established by the applicable travel supplier. Some reservations, deposits, fares, rates, or other travel components may be partially or entirely nonrefundable.
Travelers should contact Map & Compass Travel as soon as possible when requesting a change or cancellation. A request is not considered completed until the applicable supplier has processed or confirmed it.
Refunds, when available, are subject to supplier policies, processing procedures, and applicable law.
Travel services are performed by independent third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, and other travel providers.
Map & Compass Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and cannot guarantee their performance, schedules, operations, or services. Supplier terms and conditions apply to products and services purchased from those suppliers.
Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Map & Compass Travel, including weather, mechanical issues, schedule changes, cancellations, itinerary changes, government actions, labor disruptions, natural disasters, public-health events, supplier operational decisions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other suppliers may modify schedules, itineraries, accommodations, ports, transportation, or other components of a trip when permitted under their applicable terms.
Map & Compass Travel will provide reasonable assistance when travel arrangements are disrupted but cannot guarantee a particular resolution or outcome.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing their itinerary, confirmations, invoices, supplier terms, payment deadlines, cancellation provisions, and other travel documents.
Travelers are also responsible for providing complete and accurate information required for reservations, including names exactly as required for travel documentation, and for promptly notifying Map & Compass Travel of changes or errors.
Requirements concerning passports, visas, identification, entry documentation, and other travel documentation are addressed in our Disclosures and Client Services Agreement.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage is provided by third-party insurance providers and is subject to the specific policy's terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
Travelers who decline travel insurance are required to complete and sign a Travel Insurance Waiver before proceeding with booking.
Additional information regarding travel insurance is provided in our Disclosures and Client Services Agreement.
Travelers should notify Map & Compass Travel as early as possible of accessibility needs, mobility requirements, dietary needs, medical accommodations, or other special requests that may affect their travel arrangements.
Map & Compass Travel will communicate applicable requests to suppliers and assist in identifying available options; however, fulfillment of a special request or accommodation ultimately depends upon the applicable supplier and cannot be guaranteed by Map & Compass Travel.
Loyalty-program points, status benefits, promotional offers, onboard credits, discounts, upgrades, and other supplier benefits are governed by the applicable supplier's rules and eligibility requirements and may change without notice.
Map & Compass Travel may assist travelers with identifying or applying available benefits but cannot guarantee eligibility, availability, posting of points or credits, upgrades, or other supplier-administered benefits.
Map & Compass Travel strives to provide accurate and current information on this website. Travel products, supplier policies, destinations, pricing, government requirements, promotions, and other travel information can change frequently.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for current information from the applicable travel supplier, government authority, insurance provider, or other authoritative source.
Unless otherwise indicated, original text, graphics, branding, and other original content created for the Map & Compass Travel website are the property of Map & Compass Travel and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Supplier names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply ownership by Map & Compass Travel.
Information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Travel planning and booking services provided by Map & Compass Travel are subject to a separate Client Services Agreement.
Clients are required to accept the Client Services Agreement before booking. Individual reservations are also subject to applicable supplier terms and conditions and any trip-specific terms communicated during the planning and booking process.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and the Client Services Agreement concerning travel planning or booking services, the Client Services Agreement controls the advisor-client relationship, subject to applicable law.
Map & Compass Travel may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, practices, or applicable requirements. The current version will be posted on this website.
